i am a boy of age 25 years from kanpur. i wanted to

i have been masturbating since 18 years of age. i had never has a very long time for ejaculation after stimulation. but now the condition is that i ejaculated too soon (within 30-40 sec) of stimulation and that too without my penis being fully erect. i doubt if i suffer from the premature ejaculation disorder. i don't have any experince of sex as i am still a single. in case you can help me out, kindly reply along with your fees.

You would be treated by medicine. No Surgery is needed in such case. The problem you have is called "Pre-mature ejaculation".
